4th Gen Best training spots?

    Okay guys, in Pokemon Soul Silver, what are the best spots to train (This is after you beat the 8th gym in johto) for all the types of pokemon? I want the the levels of my pokemon range from 20-40 and want to train because I'm under leveled. Also, tell me where the routes are relative to a city. Thanks.
     
    If you need training for the Kimono girls, route wise for wild Pokemon it's the one south of Blackthorn - there's a number of trainers to find and to battle them all takes a few trips. If it's after encountering your game's legendary, east of New Bark and in particular Victory Road which follows that part.

    Regardless of that you can rematch trainers via your phone. Here's a list of who to call and when (you can call them for battles multiple times in each trainer's respective time slot). Also check places like Union Cave and south of Goldenrod for trainers you may have missed (you need surf to access them, with union cave strength/rock smash may also be useful).
