As a Feraligatr fan, the attack you need is 2 words:

Hydro Cannon, The aquatic Hyper Beam.

Crunch WILL be a need

and give it a PP Max for it's Hydro Cannon, your feraligatr can learn hydro cannon in a house somewere in the desert over Resort Area.

Hydro Cannon is a waste. It may look cool, but as it's a two turn move, it's not ideal.

Hydro Cannon = 2 turns = Power 150.

Surf = 2 turns = Power of 95 X 2 = 190

40 more Power in the same amount of turns for Surf. Ingame it won't make any difference, the AI's Pokemon most likely won't be able to withstand it, but versing someone else...
