The best way to raise a Strong Party in my way.

First dont use Rare candies, they deprive your Pokemon of significant stat boosts!

Use as many permanent Stat boosters you can get on them, but you can only use 10 on for each stat.

Keep all of your Pokemon at around the same level! Dont let one get 40 levels ahead! Keep them only 1 to 5 level difference maximum!

Fight Pokemon that are stronger stat wise, or make a challenge for your Pokemon by fighting a Pokemon 10-15 levels higher! It will boost stats really nicely!

Dont catch Pre-evolved Pokemon, they are weaker than if you catch them as a first form and train them up. The one from a weak first form is really strong compared to the same level Pre-evolved Pokemon. Witness it for yourself by catching a wild Golbat and train a Zubat to a Golbat, same levels! There is a big stat difference!

Make your Pokemon's friendship go up, that'll boost your Pokemons other stats because it is happy.

If you have other tips, others and I would like to know!

I'm going to make some comments on your post, they will be in bold.

After you have maxed out your Effort Values (EVs), using rare candies is the same as just leveling them up through battles

You should only use these on stats that your Pokémon excels in. Since every Pokémon can only have 510 Effort Values, you don't want to be

    I agree with this.

The only difference between fighting, say, a level 20 Audino vs. a level 40 Audino is that the level 40 one gives more exp. Each Pokémon has the same EV yield regardless of their level.

I'm assuming you mean Pokémon that are already evolved? Anyways, it makes no difference whether or not you catch a Zubat and evolve it into a Golbat or whether you simply catch a Golbat. The Zubat you trained just has more Effort Values. If you EV train the caught Golbat, it will catch up to the (evolved) Zubat in no time. Assuming they have the same nature and similar Individual Values, if they have acquired the same effort values, their stats will be virtually identical, regardless of what level or evolutionary stage you caught it at.

The only thing that gets boosted by this is the base power of Return

Your opinions are pretty much what I thought before I learned about the core mechanics of the game. I suggest you read up on Effort Values and Individual Values. They are really useful to know when training your Pokémon.

that was very helpful and now i fully understand EV's and IV's! But how do you EV train a pokemon??

every pokemon release EVs,so you fight pokemo with a partiucular EV a lot of times.or you fight two or three (different) pokemons with the same EV

If anyone has questions, they could use CBC or a Q&A thread. Quit it.
