I like the Dekochi since it goes in the side decks better

I'm still more leaning towards good old Exiled Force-Last Will even for dedicated stein. It simply speeds up the deck to begin with, and allows you to get rid of threats while waiting for Stein, or just making sure if the facedown monster is something that's "bad."
