    Salamence since it has higher Speed and Special Attack. Besides, Outrage isn't even a good move.

    Neither of those pokes are ideal for special sweeping, imo. Why not use something with massive special attack like alakzam? Or if you really want dragons, Rayquaza. Its like salamence but vastly upgraded with 150 in both attacking stats(!) and 5 less speed points.
