big dumbo who posted in the wrong forums asking about pokemon infinite sprites

so i accidentally had this thread in the wrong section, not noticing until a few minutes later so heres a repost of it

is it fine if someone wants to do a fusion rom hack using the sprites from infinite fusion, as long its not for money making process, or commercial endeavor use, and only giving them credit that belongs to them? i'm asking this because all i'm getting is I have to ask 3k individuals, i also asked chatgpt (yes im a bot ik) and that says no, then i get told to be careful to not get hated, i mean, i lowkey dont care if im hated? i just would like an answer, cause there are amazing sprites that i would love to use onto the rom hack i'm doing, i just wanna end this heavy debate.. i could really use the help-

i'm spending hours on google trying to find "how to make your own fused pokemons for your pokemon project" and all im seeing is infinite fusion, i'm getting worrisome about this, and my anxiety is sky rocketing ;-;
