Big Question on Legendarys

Even though they are commonly called the legendary dogs,they look more like cats to
me,especially Raikou and Entei.I have heard people say Suicune looks like a cheetah
to them,but it looks like a horse to me.It even has a mane like a horse does,and in
pokemon 4ever,it ran majesticly like a horse.This is just my opinion.
 
Mwar, Raikou looks like a tiger to me. The others are kinda doglike in my eyes?
