were is a thread that tells me how to catch deoxy's , jirachi and chemcho in pokemon ruby?

But I'll help you,
Jirachi can be found in the bonus disk with you pre-order Pokemon Colosseum (I'm not sure where you could find it now since it has been like three months ago since Colosseum came out).
Chemcho can be found on top of Mt. Pyre. There is a spot of grass on the very top where you get the Red/Blue Orb.
Deoxy I think can be found in Fire Red and Leaf Green.
And I'll move this to R/S.

You can Catch Deoxys for sure in FR/LG... ONLY if you have an e-reader and the aurora ticket to go to Island 9. You do have to get Jirachi by a trade from a friend who already has him, or get him from the pre-order disc for collesum. To get Chimecho look on the "hidden" parts of MT. Pyre or wherever you get the red or blue orb and look there.
