Biggest Waste Of Your Time (In a videogame)

I beat the whole Water Temple in L.O.Z OOT in one sitting. But then I forgot to save D=.

So I wasted about 2 hours of my life and ended up having to beat the whole thing again.

All the those hours in FFX hunting down 10 of every monster and grinding a whole lot to defeat the bosses they unlocked.

Once upon a time there was this series called Golden Sun.

The first two games were excellent and well designed.

The third game, after 7 freaking years of waiting, was the greatest FREAKING WASTE OF MY TIME. The characters weren't slightly interesting and would simply regurgitate dialogues, the game's puzzles felt disjointed and only one actually had any difficulty, and the game was just too freaking easy in general.

There was, however, one saving grace in this game. And it was

Spoiler:

Think I'm mad? He was the only character that was unique and was interesting to me. And frick he's awesome. He's like my new Ivan to me. One of my favourite characters in the series thus far.

Yea, I felt that way is well along with the fact that I was constantly waiting for people to hate me because I'm an adept and the psynergy vortexes but that didn't happen at all.

Also the thing that made it cool for me wasn't what you had but it was

Spoiler:

F' this Ranger Crap to high heavens.(F' means forget)
I just captured Entei in Pokemon Ranger. THEN MY DS TURNED OFF.
I didn't have time to grab my charger, then i had to start all over again beating all Go-Rock Grunts....sad....

HAS MORE. Wanna hear it?
blahblahblah lol joke.
Just tell me if you wanna hear my most craziest reaction in the universe.

-_- hours i spent on fallout new vegas to turn around and figured out i hated it, now i have a 60$ collectors edition, everything still in plastic collecting dust lol

and eventually i ended wasting YEARS on a ragnarok online server for it to lose all the original staff which made alot of the original players to leave and the new GMs decided to WIPE the server clean which caused mostly everyone else to leave

Final Fantasy 12 wut a bomb that was i couldnt stay focused in the game to even play even after getting really in to the beginning of the game, took a long time to even see the name come up on screen lol

idk how many other games i hate -_-

The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks.
The game itself is not a waste of time; on the contrary, I highly enjoy it. Unfortunately, I spent three months trying to figure out a puzzle. I was convinced it was impossible until I realized how to solve the puzzle; the method was incredibly simple.

Until I noticed you were talking about Spirit Tracks, I thought you meant the stamp puzzle in Phantom Hourglass.

(Which I only discovered by chance after an hour of trying and then closing my DS in frustration. >_>)

I think the biggest waste of time in any game for me was probably FF7, where I went ahead and grinded up Aerith to a decent level right before she pranced off to be murdered.

FF XII And FF X-2 the death of final fantasy came after X tried to attempt both these games, lasted less than 6 hours on each...they were just both so appalling

When I was 10, my aunt gave me a Rugrats game (I forgot the name) for the GBA. It's not the fact that it's Rugrats that made it a waste of time (I loved the cartoon as a kid), it's the fact that it had a password system (I hated the password system) as well as repetitive music and gameplay.

That game wasted a good week of my life.

It's not that its a waste of time, its just I've played it for so long, I could have done other things lol, well anyway I've played Runescape for about 4 years consecutive, I took breaks here and there, I stopped at the end of 2010, I'm thinking of going back in >.<

Gosh, I used to spend hours on that game... Sure it was good, but I was a computer junkie lol
