    I need help, I wanted Bill to appear only after I defeat the Elite Four, that is, that the Seven Islands were only post-game. Also, if anyone knows, how to get a Premier Ball after buying 10 Poké Balls. Both have in Pokémon Throwback, but I wanted to know how to put this in Fire Red, what's the script? can anybody help me?
