-This would be for the Hydrator set (or the other :P) Which is an unrecongnized power in the UU/NU Metagame. Bassically the Manaphy of UU, it heals using Rest while awakening right away using it ability coupled with Rain Dance w/ Damp Rock, while still stalling with Toxic or Surf...

Bassically Phione fits as an effective role in walling in a stall team or rain team
 
I don't own a Manaphy therefore I cannot do that, sorry.

I do have a Dewgong however, which I feel does that job better.
 
With both pokemon having surf, wouldn't Grass knot > Ice Beam, Aqua Ring, and Aqua Jet?

And Toxic, how useful is that! Oh well, maybe next time xD

i wasn't saying to breed it i was saying if you had a relaxed ditto in your pc boxes
