That would have to be in that ocean. On one of the episodes, it had an ocean only for electric pokemon. I have the episode somewhere :3. But it can breed with other electrical pokes and they can all get along perfectlys

Oh that would be like on a reallly(and I mean really) high tree somewhere near the ocean so Zapdos could fly back and feed it's little ones^^
