I need help!

I need to complete the Deoxys puzzle... how can I solve it?

It's pretty easy, though. The island has a puzzle there, with a triangle. All you have to do is move the triangle around until it turns red. Be careful, though, because you have to do it fast enough or it will restart. Also, do not walk into the triangle and always touch the side of the triangle that is closest to you.

When the triangle turns red, the island starts shaking and Deoxys starts to appear. It's appearance and forms changes depending on the game you have.

FireRed: Attack Forme
LeafGreen: Defense Forme
Emerald: Speed Forme
When traded into another version that isn't listed above: Normal Forme.

Here are your steps on how to capture the little cracker:

Spoiler:

Start at the bottom of the triangle.

Take a step down and go all the way to the left.

Take three steps right and go all the way up.

Take five steps down and go all the way to the right.

Take three steps up and go all the way to the left.

Go all the way right.

Take two steps left and go all the way down.

Take one step down and go all the way left.

Go all the way right.

Take three steps left and face down.

Save your game cuz it's battle time!

Examine the triangle - Deoxys will jump out!

Please note that you should run when doing the puzzle because if your too slow, it resets the puzzle XD
He is at Lv. 40 and after you capture him he changes form depending on what version you have him on:

Sapphire - Ruby: Normal Form.
Fire Red: Attack Form.
Leaf Green: Defence Form.
Emerald: Speed Form.

Even if you trade a Deoxys to another game he will change his form.
eg. You can trade a Speed Form Deoxys from Emerald to Sapphire though he will change to Normal Form.

He's at Lv 30, not Lv 40. You don't need to run, but don't go too slow.

Though when transferred to a fourth generation game one can change Deoxys' form at will in Veilstone City. Just thought I'd point that out to the OP, not taking issue with what you posted, Kayashi. ^_^;

How did you get the Aurora Ticket anyways, Mr. Cheater x_x
You have no Time Limit at the puzzle, i did it in one of my Hacks...
You just have to press (A) at the Triangle, and reach it in the Least amount of steps possible.
And save before, in the middle and after... He is hard to catch, with a Catch Rate of 3(you have a chance of 3 on 1000 to catch him, if he is at full health, with no Statuses)
