5th Gen Birthday Audino: Is it True?

I heard something a few months ago about people saying nintendo was going to give people on their birthday month an Audino if they are on the PGL. just wondering, is this true? (I'm asking because my birthday is this month, and I'd be up for a free pokemon if it's true :D )

I remember hearing something about a birthday Togekiss for anyone's birthday on the Dream World on Serebii a while back, don't remember hearing anything about a special Audino though TBH.
