The sites aren't actually hosts for the files, they're just where you can get them from other users - so they have nothing to do with speed.

whell the download speed depends on your internet connection and how many seeds and peers there are.seeds got the full file.and peers a part of it.if there are like 30 seeds and 15 peers than the download speed is big ^_^

BitTorrent sites only provide links to the files within BT. It depends on what you want to download as to where you go.

Tch. Ya gotta be lucky ta link with lots of seeds an' peers ya can get a lotta stuff in very short time. Also to note, the number of seeds/peers that are online kinda depends on the dld's popularity.
Tch, I dlded a game called Drakan not too long ago an' because it was old(1999) it took me 7 DAYS OF NON-STOP INTERNET CONNECTION ta get it... my speed was even 'bout 1.5Kbps at times... >_<

https://www.animesuki.com/ is the best for anime and https://anidb.info/ is good for finding groups who have done anime that are a bit off the beaten path.

www.piratebay.org is probably the best one, due to them being located in sweden (torrents are legal there) so you can't be sued :P

Torrents are legal, it's just what's under the torrents that's not XD. The torrents are files that point to the actual file :P
