Black team rating/help please?

I've noticed that my party is doing worse and worse in battles, I'm buying like 15 Super Potions at a time, and I want to know what I can do about it. Here's my team:

Sawk Lv. 31
Vanillish Lv. 35
Zorua Lv. 29
Servine Lv. 28
Emolga Lv. 36
Sandile Lv. 28

It really doesn't look that bad. The only pokemon that I despise their is Emonga. But whatever, In-game shouldn't be too difficult, unless your under leveled. Just grind on wild pokemon and you should be fine.
