I can offer you a modest starmie, 30 sp attack and 31 speed, (nothing else is really special, defense is 22-23)

If you're into breeding i can throw in an adamant shellder, perfect attack, 29 sp attack, perfect sp defense, and perfect speed.

I can also throw in a free shiny if you like....I'm quite desperate =P
