Fake Out is free damage. Toxic and Roar to poison all the pokemon. and Icebeam and surf for damage. Surf for STAB and Icebeam for grass types. You could use EQ for Electric types too

Depends on what your using it for. For a tank..and since i have a blastoise this is what i run.
Leftovers/Any Defense nature
Surf
Aqua Ring
Mirror Coat
Ice beam
EQ on it would be a waste because it cant outspeed MOST electric types due to speed and it cant switch into a electric type without taking serious damage.
