I hope the vaizards have more hollow power then what they showed this last chapter.... it seems the Vaizards can't perform the full hollow transformation, but I hope this is not true for at least one of the Vaizards.

I think Hirako would have full Hollow power...
He's battling against Aizen so he should have this kind of power
