Try not to do like that...

Anyways, Blitz, I will give you some advice on how you can improve:
First of all, do not use the Pen/Brush that much, it doesn't look very proffesional.
Secondly:
Try to learn how to work with brushes. If you need help, try to go to Good Tutorials or Pixel2life. They have some great tutorials.
Then, try to learn how to work with text, becuase your's are one colored, when you could make them so much better with just a few clicks.

These are the main things I recomend you to learn/improve, but also, I must say, I like the way you crop images, really nice ^.^

And I can say that I made this to help you, if I somehow made you upset or something, I appologize.

Well, continue the destined path of the banner making~
 
Don't worry kira, It takes alot to upset me, I know exactly what your talking about, Thanx for the critasism :D

I will try to use the brush tool alittle less, :P

hey blitz can u make us (meaning the plasma club) a banner with

Black back round

put "Team Plasma" in the middle
and could you soround the words with electrc pokemon thanks and if you can throw in some thunder bolts
