    So, I was wondering, are there any people on these forums who actually play Bomberman nowadays?

    I used to play the games on the SNES and PSX and I have recently picked up "Bomberman Fantasy Race" again. Nice spin-off :)

    Well, discuss your favorite Bomberman games here =)

    I would also like to know, seeing how there are several Bomberman games on the DS, which one is mainly recommended, as I want to get back into the series.

    I love Bomberman, but I haven't played all the games sadly. Just a couple that was on SNES, and Bomberman Ultra on PS3, but lol the online game play is so laggy, I don't even bother with it. ~___~;

    Sadly I didn't know there was any Bomberman games for DS haha. :c I would love to pick one up though.
     
    Love Bomberman, but I hardly play Bomberman Ultra as none of my mates are interested, and the online can be laggy.

    Used to play Atomic Bomberman against a mate years ago on the PC, which was pretty good.
     
    I remember Bomberman.
    Too bad I've never owned a game, I've just seen him around and played a demo on PSX.
     
    Bomberman! I used to play it on my GBC awhile back. I got up to the 5th area which was underwater. I died and had to start all over again! D:

    ... I never played since. :|
     
    The only Bomberman game I've played was the N64 one. I looooved that game, and fortunately, I still have it, and my N64. :B
     
    I remember playing the 64 one at a friends place in japan about a decade ago.
    Man i sucked so much but it was pretty fun. Was there some sort of egg dinosaur thing in it?
     
    Yeah, I played the three ones they made for the N64, and Bomberman Generation for the Gamecube. I think none of them were better than The first Bomberman 64, though "The Second Attack" was fun. Also, the DSiware bomberman game is a good one since it has multiplayer, it kind of reminds me of the multiplayer on Bomberman 64.

    And Bomberman Hero was kind of a weird one since you could jump and use vehicles.

    But yeah, nothing beats the multiplayer on Bomberman 64, I don't know why they haven't made any new ones with that same style, all the new ones I've seen lately seem to be nothing but minigames. >_<

    I wish they had the Bomberman 64 game on the Virtual Console...
    Anyway, would you recommend getting Bomberman Generation? I still have the N64 but I don't really feel like playing on it~

    Well, it's cool that there are some people who have played Bomberman =) I expected no one to reply.

    Well, if you liked the other ones than you would probably like that one. It's a bit different, and not just because of the cel-shade graphics, but I enjoyed it. You could probably only find a cheap used version of it, but that's good then. :D

    I mean really, its my mom's favorite game -___-"

    Favorite game would definitely be for the SNES and the PSX.

    Yea, the theme song is nice. There is a remix of it in Bomberman Fantasy Race which is also pretty cool.

    Has anyone here watched the anime (Bomberman Jetters)?
     
    I used to play Bomberman all the time with my friends back then when he just got it. We played Bomberman Jetters for the Nintendo Gamecube. I never had the pleasure to play the Nintendo 64 version of it, however.

    Nowadays, I would just occasionally play it with a couple of my friends when we're bored of Call of Duty or Borderlands. The online gaming really does suck, so none of us plays it. Instead, we all get together and throw bombs at each other!
     
    I love Bomberman, especially all of the N64 games.
    Bomberman 64 will always be one of my most favorite games. The music was great, especially rainbow palace.

    Was anybody else into trying to bust the myth of the golden pyramid in Bomberman 64? :P
     
    Curious, did anyone on here ever buy Act Zero?

    Just wondering how bad that game really was.
     
    Ah yes, the psychological plays behind Bomberman is truly interesting when playing against human beings.
