Both of them. I like them equally
Each have their own benefits in which I like, but I would have to go with Mew on this one. It is a very exclusive Pokémon and can learn every move there is. Mewtwo is great too, but I never found any likeness to it, even after capturing one and seeing the movies based upon it.
