3rd Gen Braile Puzzle

In pokemon Ruby there is a Braile message which you have to dive to see, what does it say?

Well i forgot but you should have gotten the Sheet of paper of Braille.

i think you only get it in firered leafgreen

I never got it, what is it and how do you get it? I went to falabar town, surfed west untill i came to a dive point. i dived and headed along a tunnel, where it was etched into a rock

Uh,You should of got a sheet of braile paper in Ruby/Sapphire and Leaf Green/Fire Red.

I can't really remember the way to get there but visit GameFAQS for a good guide.

i can remember what it says. it says "go up here." then at the end of the tunnel it says "dig here." then at the end of the 2nd tunnel it says "first comes relicanth, last comes wailord." so u need relicanth and wailord. then the whole screen shakes and then there can be doors heard from far away. thats how you get regice, regirock and registeel.
