London Zoo is renowned for its wildlife conservation and animal friendliness across the world. It is the founder of the Royal Zoological Society, a hotspot for celebrities visting the city, and a place to go if you want to look good in The Sun the next morning. The owners of London Zoo have ammased a fortune of millions, and are planning to spend the money on hi-tech services which will provide conservation information to the public. A truly remarkable place wouldn't you say?

But beneath the media coverage lies a more sinister side to the Zoo after hours. Behind closed doors, abuse is incredibly common with the wardens and the rest of the staff at the Zoo. Many of the animals there have been mistreated in the wild, and because of this, the employees at the Zoo poke fun at them by forcing them to do tricks like a common circus animal. And if they don't? London Zoo also owns the most amount of whips in the whole of the United Kingdom - a fresh one for each animal they keep. But what's worse is what they do to reporters or similar people. 7 reporters have 'disappeared' trying to uncover the secrets behind the Zoo. Police and MI5 duties have found no a trace of DNA, split hair or even footprints.

But now the animals have had enough, and want revenge for what the Zoo has done to them.

OK ^_^ That about sums it up. And before you ask, mods can see and post in this place, so :P to all the people who actually had to try to get in here XD Just kidding. I have RPd before though... so you're in safe hands... sort of XD

Basically, you play an animal in the Zoo, breaking out of the Zoo, and into FREEDOM! Or the streets of London, whatever floats your boat. Firstly, your animal must have some sort of abnormality or mistreatment or something, the wardens only pick on the ones with something wrong with them. Secondly, Once/If the animals escape, London Zoo leads into Regent's Park, a two mile long park which stretches into Buckingham Palace. Don't expect any shops or anything commercialised, that's the other end of London. And with that, it's time for sign-up ^_^

[Lily]

Name: Mistral
Animal: Fox
Age: I'm not so sure on a fox's age...but nine?
Description: Often when you first see Mistral, you'll immediately recognize two slits of icy blue flecked with amber gazing at you intently. They serve as a distraction for her unusual colored fur- gleaming silver. Her tail's fur's tip is tinted with pure opaque, but it is hardly noticeable. She has a slender frame, her body often curved right at the middle, making her extremely agile and speedy.
Personality: Mistral, like all foxes, is sly. She's exceedingly devious yet clever and intelligent, observing anything that gets in her way. She's good at manipulating her target's ideas and decisions. However intelligent she is, Mistral rarely shows it. She prefers creating mischief or even hinting malice at one point, but she's not that malevolent, compared to the other foxes. Mistral has good intentions- it's just that she likes playing jokes and lying to others.

Hmmm... You're in, but the fox must be pretty special for it to end up in a zoo. Anyways here's my sign up:

Name: Ouasee (Pronounced Oh-as-ee)
Animal: Emperor Penguin
Age: 20
Description. Pretty much like an ordinary penguin. Small head with pin-point black eyes, yellow beak, jet black body with a white belly (a slight orange tinge around the outside). The only thing that distinguishes him from the rest of the penguins is that he has a rare gene defect that causes both his feet to have been merged into one foot. Because of this, he finds it incredibly difficult to walk long distances.
Personality: Although his gene defect has caused widespread harm amongst the human workers at the Zoo, because of this, he has gained the other penguins' respect. He is extremely sociable, and whilst he can't do most things that other penguins can, what he can do for other people makes up for the fact. He is extremely loyal to animals, but quite the opposite to the workers.
Other: This penguin is the animal who started off the rumour of escape.

Name: Saya

Animal: Golden eagle

Age: (Could I just do human years? ^ ^;; ) 16

Description: Saya appears to be like a normal Eagle from afar, her four long sleek wings are dark brown at the roots and light brown at the tips and her wide eyes are a warm hazel color with specks of olive green. The top of her head is sleek and Ginger like gold in color and the rest of her body is brown with specks of gold gracing it, making it shine in the sun and moon light. Look closely, and you will find that her talons are silver tipped and her pale yellow beak holds a silver glitter to it. Saya?s abnormality is not just shown physically, but mentally, she understands the speech of humans and is normally used for a show and tell time to youngsters at the Zoo.

Personality: Saya is quite moody and dislikes her time at the Zoo. She purposely disobeys her ?owner? to make him look like a fool in front of others and pecks him with whatever chance she gets. Saya has great intelligence and plans before hand other than rushing into any situation unprepared. When around other Animals, she acts kindly and warm; she is friendly to others who share her view on the Zoo and wishes one day that she will be free to do whatever she pleases.

[Shiney]

Name: Skandranon
Animal: Bengal Tiger
Age: Err, I really have no idea on the lifespans of the bengal tiger. But a young adult.
Description: One of the white varieties of the begnal tiger family, he looks almost like any other. Almost neon white fur, with jet black stripes, and his eyes, they have teal irises, and black slit pupils. He has a suprising ammount of strength, as well as agility, as all tigers do. He's been half starved all of his life though, and he's never at his strongest, and what little food he gets is spiked with trace tranquilizers, making him more docile. Were he to get some real food though, still-warm flesh, that would change immidiately.
Personality: He is calm, not very social, but he respects those who have earned it. He's normally not very mean, but he has no qualms about killing humans, not really distinguishing the workers from the watchers outside of his pen.

You're both in ^_^ I wont start yet, since there may be others willing to join, but if no one does so by tomorrow morning, then I'll just start then ^_^

I'm not starting yet, as I have some more background info, plus my dad's getting pizza ^_^ But I do have background info. Attached is the picture of the Zoo, the blobby things are meant to be exhibits, and they're not actually sqaure in teh Zoo either before you ask. The blue one is where I start, the purple one is where Lily starts, the black one is where Strider starts, and the orange one is where Shiney starts.

There shall also be 4 NPCs following us. There is Rocky the moose (pink), Legs the giraffe (light blue), Ming the Panda (green) and Lucy the Sea lion (grey). They shall be escaping with us, and we can only escape the zoo when we have rounded up all of them, as well as ourselves. There is also a human character helping us along the way, called.... X for the moment. He/she is mysterious and is trying help us to escape, but none of us can understand him and stuff, since we're not human. :P I would start now, but my Dad's coming in with the pizza, and my brother's doing hoework.
