Hi Chris! Welcome to PC :)

It's definitely possible! There are several ways:
- Pure luck, if you want. This is pretty hard so I would generally not recommend;
- Using RNG to get a perfect ditto from a previous generation
- Going to the Trade Corner and seeing if there's anyone who could trade you one! In fact....
