3rd Gen Breeding pokemon with specific moves? (LG)

    I know you can breed moves into pokemon, but if I have a kadabra and I want to get a staryu with psychic, is there a way to do that?

    I know vaguely chain breeding, but arent they like... in different egg groups? Is there a way to do this?
     
    The stickies in the Breeder's Corner subforum in the Strategies and Movesets forum should help answer questions like this. But to answer your question: Staryu has no gender and can only breed with Ditto, meaning moves cannot be passed onto it so you'll just have to use a TM to get Psychic on your Staryu.
