as for nature, exclusively in x/y and b/w2, there's an 80% chance to pass down the female's natures. Having the same natures for both parents make no difference, there is still that 20% to get a different one.
X/Y has a 100% on passing down hidden abilities with a ditto, while gen V only has 60% and requires the female to have the hidden ability to get it passed down.
