When i go to see the man at the pokecenter with the ditto and other pokemon, the man always says they don't like each other.....Does that mean i can't breed them or i have to wait longer?

the ditto any gender ofcourse it has no gender and the other pokemon has to be female

It means it'll take longer (more technically, every 256 steps you take there's a smaller chance [30%] of an egg being made compared to other instance). =P To 'improve' the chance and hence have a better message, try breeding Pokemon of the same specis and/or different Trainer ID numbers, a combo of that being the best one (makes it 70% every 256 steps). Of course if that doesn't suit the situation, then you'll just have to make do.
