Do you have a link to proof of a "Brock like Figure in Team Plasma"? I can't find news on any other site and as far as I heard, Plasma wasn't making any other Cameos after the issues with their initial debut episodes.

Yeah I watched that video, they got a point on analyzing but since the Team Rocket VS Team Plasma is cancelled, so no one will know who he is. I think despite the tsunami occurred in Japan, the staffs thought it's too violent for kids to watch, so they finally cancelled it in Best Wishes series.

Why would a person that is aspiring to be a Pokemon Doctor participate in missions for Team Plasma that is ways away from his residence? It's not Brock, more then likely it is just some rant Plasma grunt. If you wish to discuss stuff on characters then you are more then welcome to do it in the character discussion sub forum. But as this is a episode not yet or probably not going to be released I will just lock it.
