Issue: Broken CSS tag for Platinum-tier usertitles

I noticed when I was mocking up a new usertitle today that the text-shadow CSS property has been disabled for [css][/css] and [x][/x] tags used in Platinum-tier usertitles, whereas originally it worked.

Considering this is pretty much the main reason I personally even use the CSS tags to begin with, I find it rather redundant that we have the tag to not be able to use text-shadow. If we're not meant to have that property (and given everything else used commonly in usertitle formatting is available in other tags using fewer characters), it's really pointless to give us the tag at all IMHO.

Also, just now I looked at the source of my usertitle and text-shadow is getting a space inserted after the 't'. Uh, why?

Well, not in the User CP, but what you did yes. For some reason the closing tag isn't working either, which is why it's messing up my postbit… o_O

Its too many characters.. the formfield can only accept so many and you're about 10 or so too many. redoit using fewer characters.
