    Tangrowth @Leftovers
    250 HP, 130 Def, 130 SpD
    - Knock Off
    - Leech Seed
    - Toxic
    - Power Whip

Ingrain is a mediocre move since it doesn't allow you to switch, which will leave you as set up fodder for multiple Pokemon, or something like Heatran would just KO you. So, I would suggest Knock Off. Knock Off lets you see what type of set the opponent is running. i.e. A Salamence switches in while you use Knock Off, a Life Orb drops off so this notifies you that it is a Mix / DD variant. You can use other moves > Knock Off if you want, but I prefer Knock Off. Power Whip is needed because Gyarados after a DD sweeps through your team easily, so Power Whip 2HKOs it. And since Tangrowth lures in a lot of Steel-types, so I doubt Toxic would work, but that depends on you. Also, this doesn't make a good lead because it loses to a lot of the top leads such as Azelf, Heatran, Infernape, Metagross, Roserade, etc.

Oh and btw you forgot the nature. :P

    Togekiss
    Serene Grace
    Calm
    252 HP / 64 SpD / 192 Spe
    - Nasty Plot / Substitute
    - Air Slash / Encore
    - Baton Pass
    - Roost

Eh, I guess, but I would run Sub > Nasty Plot as the main option since only PZ truly benefits from the boost.

    Snorlax @Leftovers
    Trait (If required)
    Careful
    244 HP / 28 Def / 236 SpD
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk
    - Body Slam
    - Earthquake / Crunch / Fire Punch

Looks fine, but use Careful (+ Sp.Def / - Sp.Atk) > Sassy since you aren't using any special moves. Crunch is an option for Ghosts, while Fire Punch is good Scizor and other Fire-types, but EQ is fine if you prefer that.

    Tyranitar @ Choice Band
    Adamant
    160 HP / 252 Atk / 96 Spe
    - Stone Edge
    - Crunch
    - Pursuit
    - Aqua Tail

    Good.

    Porygon-Z @ Life Orb
    Timid
    4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    - Nasty Plot
    - Tri Attack
    - Dark Pulse
    - Hidden Power Fighting

PZ is really mediocre in OU since it's really hard to switch in due to its lack of resistances and defenses. But if it works, use it.

    Magnezone @ Choice Specs
    Modest
    172 HP / 252 SpA / 84 Spe
    - Flash Cannon
    - Thunderbolt
    - Hidden Power Grass
    - Explosion

First off, Choice Specs locks into using one move until you switch out and back in, so you would be locked into using RD. And, it would be hard to switch Zone out AND back in before rain runs out. Plus you use Tyranitar which stops your rain, so if you switch to him, then back to Zone you will have to set up rain again due to Sand Stream. So, I would use Flash Cannon > it for a second STAB and it hits Tyranitar, Mamoswine, etc. And with rain gone Thunder's accuracy will be awful, so Thunderbolt would be a more reliable option.
Comments in bold ↑. Looks good for your first competitive team imo, I might come back to help with threats, etc.

  • Like Jukain said, fire or fighting could sweep your team however you might want to try it out by battling and then change what could use improvement. Do not blindly replace any pokemon.

Expert Belt Infernape can take out most of your team since 5 out of the six Pokemon are weak to fire or fighting.

Well I was torn between Alakazam and PZ, so I'm thinking based on this, Alakazam would be better?

Thanks a bunch, amazing feedback. Helps a lot.

I'm thinking about going for a more HO(Hyper Offense) style combat, as it fits my IG style, anyways. I'll be working on a team for a bit and update when I have one I think works.
