    Bungou Stray Dogs
Nakajima Atsushi was kicked out of his orphanage, and now he has no place to go and no food. While he is standing by a river, on the brink of starvation, he rescues a man whimsically attempting suicide. That man is Dazai Osamu, and he and his partner Kunikida are members of a very special detective agency. They have supernatural powers and deal with cases that are too dangerous for the police or the military. They're tracking down a tiger that has appeared in the area recently, around the time Atsushi came to the area. The tiger seems to have a connection to Atsushi, and by the time the case is solved, it is clear that Atsushi's future will involve much more of Dazai and the rest of the detectives!

    TRAILERS
    Spoiler:

    [PokeCommunity.com] Bungou Stray Dogs

What I learned from episode one is that everyone is hot, and they all have powers.

    That said, sign me up.

I'm trying really hard not to go read all the manga chapters, and actually I'm surprised that this doesn't have a bigger fandom. The plot and such being what it is, it seems like something that would have quite a few fans by now, the manga I mean. It reminds me of two or three other series that are fairly big. In a good way.

I... Really like this, so far. It looks to be a much better Hamatora, and the art style kinda reminds me of Kekkai Sensen for some reason (is it because they flash ability names?). The facial expressions are classic comedy; the characters look good. As an intro to the entire show and its premise, the episode is a job well done.

I don't exactly understand why the orphanage didn't contact the authorities about their boy-tiger problems, but *shrugs* I'll keep watching.
Yeah you'd think they might have contacted the Agency. Perhaps they did but why leave out the information about Atsushi (if they knew)?

I have read the manga for this anime and I was really happy when I heard they were making an anime for it. Next week's episode is going to be interesting and I can't wait to see how they bring the other chapters into the anime.
