Right, so I would like to make a burn deck but i have no idea what to put in it, so if you guys could assist me In doing so, it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

-shudders- Traumatic memories of bad losses to burn decks come flooding back...

Anyways, try Burn cards like Solar Flare Dragon, Stealth Bird - they're monsters that stay on the field as opposed to crappy spells like Ookazi that barely do anything and just lose you card advantage, not to mention the fact that their effects can be used over and over. You could also try stuff like Chain Strike, Princess of Tsurugi, Wave-Motion Cannon or Secret Barrel and Just Deserts, together with Ojama Trio, which can inflict some very decent damage. You'll also need stall cards like Level Limit Area B, Gravity Bind, and maybe Wall of Revealing Light, although this one is risky. Some counter traps to keep these in play wouldn't go astray here either.
Alternatively, you could try a Simochi burn deck where you use the effects of Bad Reaction to Simochi and Nurse Reficule the Fallen coupled with stuff like Upstart Goblin, Soul Taker or Gift Card to inflict damage - again those stall cards could be handy here.

Well, there's basically two types of viable burn. Chain Burn and Reverse Burn.

Chain Burn involves cards such as Dimensional Wall and Magic Cylinder in tandem with other cards such as Ceasefire, Secret Barrel, and Chain Strike, as well as using Accumulated Fortune as a draw engine and playing copies of good burn cards such as Tremendous Fire and Poison of the Old Man.

Reverse Burn is basically like what was said... Simochi/Reficule + Gift Card, Paths of Destiny, Upstart Goblin, et al. It's a pretty cool decktype.

You could also run Volcanic Counter. He's nice with Gravirose.

Take my advice and run Chain Burn. It's actually quite competitive compared to other forms of burn decks and will often win even if you get a mediocre hand. The deck is also rather cheap to make. I must also warn you not to use it too much though. This deck is easy shut down by anti-burn cards. Trap Stun are very common in the competitive metagame and are this deck's worst enemy.

    This is my personal build:

    Monsters
    [2] Lava Golem
    [1] Morphing Jar

    Spells
[3] Poison of the Old man
    [2] Chain Strike
    [2] Tremendous Fire
    [1] Emergency Provisions
    [1] Scapegoat

    Traps
    [3] Accumulated Fortune
    [3] Dimension Wall
    [3] Just Desserts
    [3] Reckless Greed
    [3] Secret Barrel
    [2] Jar of Greed
    [2] Legacy of Yata-Garasu
    [2] Magic Cylinder
    [2] Ojama Trio
    [2] Threatening Roar
    [1] Ceasefire
    [1] Gravity Bind
    [1] Waboku

The Monster line up is simple. You have a Morphing Jar just for draw power which is what this deck really needs. Then you have two Lava Golems which are great for getting rid of monster threats like Prime Material Dragon, Gladiator Beast Heraklinos and Jinzo, which I've never seen personally while running this deck. Lava Golem are also great for replacing two Ojama tokens with one monster so you can activate your second Ojama Trio if you draw them together. An alternative to the three mkonsters I suggested is a playset of Infernity Guardian. They're a decent alternative but I don't like them much since all they do is stall and often with burn decks, the more turns you give your opponent, the higher chance they'll be able to finish you off.

The Spell lineup is also fairly simple. You have three Poison of the Old Man which is a decent burn card in those chains you'll be doing. Chain Strike is essential to this deck as you'll be doing massive chains allowing Chain Strike to do as much as 2000 damage in one go. Then you have Tremendous Fire which are just generic burn cards. Emergency Provisions is just there for a bit of recovery if you take too much damage and is great for finishing a chain. Finally, Scapegoat is there just for a bit of generic defence and is great for stalling out Lava Golem.

Now we get to the massive lineup of Trap cards. The main power of this deck comes from the combination of the chainable cards in this deck to deal massive damage. You have Accumulated Fortune, Reckless Greed, Jar of greed and Legacy of Yata-Garasu for a fantastic draw engine. Sometimes if you're lucky, you can do a massive chain after flipping Morphing Jar to get as high as 12 cards in your hand. Then you have Just Desserts and Secret Barrel dealing immense damage to your opponent with Ojama Trio aiding in this by providing 1500 extra damage for the former and 600 damage for the latter. Then you have the other cards that are just for defence really. Magic Cylinder and Dimension Wall provide dual roles as defence and burn which is why, although they aren't really chainable, they're there.

So let's start of with this as a template:

    2x lava golem
    1x morphing jar

3x poison of the old man
    2x chain strike
    2x tremendous fire
    1x emergency provisions
    1x scapegoat

    3x accumulated fortune
    3x dimension wall
    3x just desserts
    3x reckless greed
    2x secret barrel
    2x jar of greed
    2x legacy of yata-garasu
    2x magic cylinder
    2x ojama trio
    2x threatening roar
    1x ceasefire
    1x gravity bind
    1x waboku
    1x level limit area b

well this looks okay but feel free to tear it apart, personally it feels like too many traps and too little monsters and spells.

Look here, then decide what you'll do with your deck:

    Yugioh Burn Decks

Always look at the site there for a few ideas on a deck first I say (or at least, its what I do).

Limit Area B is a spell card btw :)

But don't worry about being trap heavy, burn deck relies of defensive cards to succeed . Someone who is good at burn can help you modified your deck more.
