I'll get the Swampert for Milktank, cmt for Breloom and Roserade please. You dont have an Adamant Version of Breloom yet :)

Your Roserade is better. Plus it has egg moves. Check my above post, I think you missed it

I have a shiny bulba untouched, and ev'd shiny Cloyster (Surf/Explosion/IceBeam/Spikes)

*Ara ara~ no idea the ev's of the cloyster)

You'll need to add another FC (Platinum) since VGC could only be obtained on Platinum version.
