well i think she is wrong, i know all wondercard events cannot be shiny but any GBA events can, since they were downloaded into ur game, an example is Wishmakr jarachi, it has a chance of being Shiny since it was not a mystery gift pokemon, and same goes will all 10 aniv pokemon, they all have a chance of being shiny, and same goes with all GBA events since none of them were Wondercards...but the decision is up to u in the end, i have no problem doing a refund
