BW Bag script error

    I think I might have broke the grass in the game I am making. When ever I encounter a wild pokemon, the game freezes at the moment of encounter, and this pops up:[PokeCommunity.com] BW Bag script error
    What did I break and how do I fix it?
     
    Ok so I had set some metadata and only the first two lines appear before an encounter:

    Script 'BW_Bag' line 1276: NoMethodError occurred.
    undefined method 'length' for nil:Nil Class

    What do I do to fix it?
