Although KazoWAR has a tool to edit overworld sprites, I've isolated the hex values for each individual NPC. The list is based off of Kazo's BWOE. The purpose is for those who delve into hex editing and manual additions to the overworlds. The hex values aren't exactly linear as a couple sprites are repeated and some values produce a blank image (not defaulted to the blue hair boy sprite, simply invisible.) This way it is easier to obtain the hex for the NPC that you desire. To use it, simply look for the sprite in BWOE, take note of its number then flip the corresponding hex value. Blank values are included and the codes for the Pokemon have been updated. I hope this provides even the slightest amount of help for anyone.
Pokemon Hex now provided with Pokemon name! Includes all available form changes such as Deoxys and Unown! Except for Arceus because I am unable to identify each of his individual forms.

Thanks for the replies. I just finished up testing the Pokemon and they're all linear. I'll be posting up the values later tonight with a couple notable ones when I can generate the list.
