I would like to find a C/C++ language based game making program please give me the site where they can be found and a tutorial on how to learn the language

Yeah, like that will ever happen. The best thing you can get now is Visual Studio and a 1000+ Page book on C++ Programming.

And if your not ready to try C/C++, why don't you try Visual Basic? It's a great beginner language.
