heh, cheat, voltorb and chansey are in the games as overworlds but the celebi is good

These seem to be okay... I don't like the chansey, but the voltorb and celebi rock! And pikafirefight those overworld sprites aren't the same as in the games. I'm not here to request anything, I just want to say these are really good, keep it up =)
