Okay, so I know for sure I want these moves:

    -Seed Bomb
    -Sucker Punch
    -Destiny Bond
    -?

But I don't know a last move to put in, Sandstorm is an option but I just don't think Cacturne would survive long enough to utilize it. And spikes, I know, is another option, but I just didn't know if y'all had anything else in mind?

it's really not fast enough for destiny bond. just go for a full physical CB set, or maybe subpunch.

    Cacturne @ Salac Berry
    Jolly Nature
    EVs: 252 Att / 252 Speed / 6 HP

    Endure
    Destiny Bond
    Focus Punch
    Sucker Punch

If you want Destiny Bond, go with this. This set is basically there to KO your opponent in exchange for Cacturne's life. Begin with Endure to activate Salac, then Desiny Bond to take your opponent with it. Alternate with Focus Punch and Destiny Bond until they do KO you if they somehow didn't. Choice Scarfers such as Azelf and Starmie trash this strategy, because Cacturne's maximum Speed (before Salac) is 229.

    I'd go with this though:

    Cacturne @ Focus Sash
    Adamant Nature
    EVs: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 6 HP

    Seed Bomb
    Sucker Punch
    Counter
    Swords Dance

This set is all about prediction. With the switch to 4th Gen, Cacturne can make some hard physical hits without relying too heavily on Focus Punch. Seed Bomb rips apart Water and Ground types after a Swords Dance; Pokémon such as Suicune and Hippowdon will need max. defence to survive this hit. Sucker Punch causes switches from part Psychics and Ghosts like Starmie and Gengar to switch. Counter is used in conjuction with Focus Sash; self-explanatory.
