Call the cops, its a dangerous animal!

Lol at the first one.

Wait I just read the second and it's funny as well.
I wonder how it would be if the stuffed tiger suddenly bit someone.

Anyway I'd better have that than a donuts munching fat officer, thanks.

The police are not at fault here.

The Aligator story, officers were called out BY THE PUBLIC responding to a dangerous animal 911 call. They are only aware of information given to them by whoever calls the police. Yes, maybe they could have been a little more observant, but as was stated, it was low light and the model was half submerged in water and grass, and it its intended purpose was to trick people into thinking it was real, it will probably have many resemblances to a real alligator.

Second one, again, they were called out because of reports from a civilian that there was a loose tiger (uncommon, but they are still required to respond).

But I still found both stories pretty amusing.

Read it, yea, it's not the polices fault, they were just doing what they're supposed to and that's looking after the people. They just responded to a call, that's it.

I don't get it. Police get call of dangerous animal. Are they not supposed to go and be prepared to stop a dangerous animal? They're pursuing the hoax because they want to punish whoever abused their system. It's not like they don't care if someone lies, it's just that they can't risk it being the truth and not acting.

i don't really find it the police's fault; they're simply doing what they were asked to do. nonetheless, amusing story. c:
