Can a kind soul tell me what some of these cards are actually worth?

I just recently found my old pokemon cards and went through them and found a few interesting ones from which I couldn't quite tell how much they were worth. Here are the numbers at the bottom of the card:

Ditto: 51/144 (Skyridge)
Dark Vaporeon 45/82
Bulbasaur:54/112
Celebi: 0/29
Alakazam: 1/102
Ditto (Bulbasaur) :36/113 (Delta Series)
Umbreon: H30/H32 (Skyridge)
Vaporeon: H31/H32 (Skyridge)
Venusaur: 15/102
Salamence: 14/113 (Delta Series)
Gardevoir: 6/113 (Delta Series)

Except for the first Ditto and the dark vaporeon, these are all holo.

I'd really appreciate at least an estimation on the price of some of these, I want a general collection with just all the pokemon but I don't want to spend any money on it so I want to perhaps sell these to raise some funds.
