Can any one rate this 4 move of Articuno

I use this, but people look down on me for it because of the Sheer Cold.

And why do u think that is... No good trainer falls for that as they just switch out to an appropriate counter. And ohko moves are frowned upon
 
I was making a joke Ice Blade cool it down a bit.

As for Articuno, I have to go with CipherDakim's moveset because it seems most reasonable.
