5th Gen Can anyone help me?

Hey everyone, i need some help i had just started pokemon white and black soo i missed some of the promotions, if anyone can help me get a celebi and a victini it would be very much apprectiated, i dont have too much i can actually trade, but these are the only 2 pokemon ill need to complete my pokedex prior to trading from my older games
