Hello, i am looking for info such as price and date of origin of this pokemon card binder, any help appreciated!

That appears to be a Pokemon Neo Genesis card album/binder. It would have likely came out during that set 2000ish

I am not sure of the prices, seems to be rare. Sealed Base binders (similar to those) can fetch around 30-40 bucks on ebay. Open ones may get anywhere from 15-20 bucks depending on condition
