4th Gen can event pokemon be shiny?

no, certain hacking apparatuses allow you to set OT and ID to your heart's delight. it makes it ahrd to identify some stuff, but some things are known that they can't possibly be shiny, and makes it so we can identify that stuff

are you sure wolfie because ive seen alot hacked pokemon and there id numbers r 00000

Sorry, but I can't understand any of the posts you've made. I'm having brain cramps trying to understand. You really need to tell what your saying and take the time to type out all of a word and please try and spell it right. It's kind of bothering me and I've noticed a few people typing like you where you have to spend 5 minutes trying to figure out their post.

Not true. You can get shiny Navel Ho-Oh, Navel Lugia, Faraway Island Mew, GLitch Shaymin, Glitch Darkrai, Deoxys, and several others legitamently.
