    1) rep points are there as a guage to tell whether a member is helpful or not...sadly, it has been getting abused lately...

    2) The PC president is nothing really, just a fancy title. I would've voted not to have it altogehter, but they dinb't put it up to a staff vote before they did it. -.-'
