So i got a Pokemon that has a date of Apr.24/2015.

Can I still use this in battle or is it illegal?

It could be legal depending on what year the OT's DS is set to.

List the stats movesets and what pokemon it is for a more definate answer.

It's moves are Wish, Confusion, Rest and Draco Meteor

It turns out it is from RNG Abuse.

Is that a form of hacking and will I be not allowed to use it?

RNG is OK. Its the event Jirachi that gamestop gave away a few weeks ago.

RNG is not hacking.

RNG is when someone takes advantage of the not so random number generator within the games to get what they want. It's commonly used to get shines and Pokemon with perfect IVs. Google for more info.

Hacking? No.

Illegal? No.

Cheating? You tell me.

You can definitely use it. I mean, every wi-fi battler at smogon seems to RNG. :o
