[Shiny] Can someone help me trade 1 Pokemon between my sun and moon games?

    To anyone currently on Pokemon sun/moon. I'm planning on transferring one of my shiny Pokemon over to my other game in order to do a 1 pokemon play through. It will take 5 mins to do and I'm offering a free shiny or legendary if you would like. Thank you
     
    I'm currently in Pokemon X, but I got Moon. Just for clarity: you do mean normal Sun/Moon right, not Ultra Sun/ Ultra Moon? Not that it's a problem if you mean Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon. Just to make sure I don't boot up the wrong game if we end up doing this.
    You might have to refresh me on how trading works in those games, I havent done any trading on the 3DS pokemon games in years.
