Why do you need 99 master balls anyway? In Emerald there are 7 legendaries that can be caught with Ultra Balls. So what in the world would someone do with the other 92 Master Balls? Sorry I just had to say.

True MstrSpiro, I didn't need any master balls when playing through R/S infact, I caught most legendaries with Timer Balls XD

most of the legendaries and any other pokemon can be caught pokeballs.

Yeah they are right I caught my grudon (shiny) wityh a pokeball you dont need any Masterballs
